ROLE: DEVELOPMENT CO-ORDINATOR
UNIT: Early Years Operations - Integrated Case Management
GRADE: 3
REPORTING TO: Manager ? Integrated Case Management
ROLE PURPOSE/SUMMARY
Responsible for the provision of business mentoring to ELC childcare
providers to examine financial viability/sustainability and governance
and to provide clear guidance in terms of evaluating a business model
and providing clear actions plans for the way forward.
Responsible for delivering training and tailored supports to a
caseload of early years services / County Childcare Committees
throughout the country with a specific focus on sustainability,
governance and crisis management issues.
Responsible for providing support to ELC childcare providers to
achieve the objectives of the relevant Programme(s) and promoting a
credible and professional relationship with all stakeholders within
the sector.
Responsible for the maintenance, development and analysis of
information/data on the PIP, EYP and HUB platforms and for keeping up
to date with strategic developments and policies within the sector.
